Quantic Introduces Voice Mode: Advancing AI-Powered Learning

At Quantic School of Business and Technology, our focus has always been clear: build an online learning platform and curriculum that helps students succeed. With the launch of voice mode to assist interactions with our AI Tutor, we’re taking another step forward in our mission to make online education more personal, effective, and engaging.

Voice mode allows students to engage with our AI Tutor by speaking their questions, thoughts, or reflections aloud, in any language. The AI listens, understands, and responds audibly in the same language, creating a natural, real-time learning exchange that feels more like a conversation than a query. To use voice mode, students can recap what they’ve just learned or review a previous lesson before they start a new one. The simple act of “saying it to retain it” strengthens memory through active recall and reflection.

This isn’t just a convenience feature. It’s a pedagogical enhancement rooted in research: when students are prompted to explain concepts aloud or respond in real time, they’re more likely to understand and retain information. In our testing, students using voice mode when engaging with AI Tutor showed greater engagement and confidence, because they weren’t just reading or watching, they were doing.

“We built voice mode to bring our AI Tutor to life in the most intuitive way possible,” says Alexie Harper, Quantic’s Co-founder and Chief Academic and Product Officer. “It’s not about what the AI can do, it’s about what our students can do with these tools in their corner. We’re creating more moments of clarity, connection, and confidence for students, wherever they are in their learning journey.”

Voice mode joins a growing suite of AI-powered features that make the Quantic platform responsive, supportive, and uniquely adaptable to each student. Our AI Advisor helps learners stay on track, offering proactive, personalized guidance throughout their program. Our AI Tutor breaks down complex concepts, in-lesson, right when students need support. And now, with voice mode assisting these interactions, these tools are even more accessible, especially for students who prefer to speak rather than type or who want to reinforce their understanding through active dialogue.

All of these tools are powered by the same underlying technology: a context-aware AI system designed not to replace instructors, but to augment learning in a way that scales individualized support across a global, asynchronous student body. Our faculty is now spending more time with students in case studies, discussions, and one-on-ones — more meaningful interactions that deepen learning beyond the written curriculum. Together, these AI tools and our faculty serve a single goal—to help Quantic students go further, faster.

As always, our work isn’t done. We’ll continue to iterate, improve, and listen to our students as we expand voice mode, along with all our AI features, and evolve the Quantic experience. By merging advanced AI with a human touch, we are creating a learning ecosystem where technology amplifies human connection and each student can achieve success.
