David Johnson is a technology executive with over 20 years’ experience in IT solutions for diverse industries and geographies. He specializes in infrastructure and software development, aligning technology solutions and departments to business goals.

Through his career—from Network Architect, through Senior Manager, to VP and CTO—David embraced global business practices, leading both large and small teams. Hailing from the US, he has lived in Canada, New Zealand, and Eastern Europe, and has worked in many industries including manufacturing, telecom, energy and technology.

As CTO of Mulytic GmBH, David created and drove an organizational technology strategy focused on data-centric applications, B2B growth, and SaaS platform solutions. He has also held senior leadership roles in IBM, Dimension Data, and CSG.

Jaya Gali is an accomplished executive with over two decades of experience leading enterprise scale technology, IT, and product organizations in mid to enterprise companies. In her roles as Senior Vice president and CTO, she managed more than 600 technology teams, scaled organizations hiring, coaching, and promoting talent and mentoring individuals to become future executive leaders.

Her experience includes building high performing technology organizations, driving innovation and technology strategy, guiding technical decisions, owning large budgets, and optimizing operational costs for efficient delivery. She is adept in direct consumer, B2C and B2B SaaS products and led several digital transformations at FinTech, Retail and Ecommerce companies scaling for $400M to $1B in revenue growth. Notable companies she worked at include NYSE, UBS Warburg, Macys.com, Walmart, IBM and IPG. She is based in San Francisco Bay area and in her spare time, enjoys advising early-stage startups, hiking and traveling with her family.

As an accomplished CTO with a distinguished career spanning over 20 years, JP Morgenthal has been at the forefront of technological innovation, driving digital transformation and spearheading initiatives that redefine industry standards. His CTO journey showcases a trail of successful leadership in crafting and implementing cutting-edge solutions for Fortune 1000 enterprises. He has masterfully navigated the complexities of IT architecture, cloud strategies, and large-scale system implementations, delivering tangible results.

With a hands-on approach, he has led global teams, orchestrated strategic alliances, and ensured the seamless integration of technology to propel both services and software companies forward. His CTO experience is characterized by a relentless pursuit of excellence, a passion for innovation, and a proven ability to drive sustained success in dynamic technological landscapes.

Karen Lawson has more than 40 years of experience as a computing technologist, engineering management leader and researcher. She has served as Chief Technical Officer for two financial fraud detection start-ups, where they used AI algorithms and biometrics in real-time transaction processing to prevent fraud. She also has experience leading and managing research and development in various industries. She served as Head of Research at Kodak Ltd R&D group, where she built a portfolio of patents and new product ideas for the European marketplace. In a previous role, she managed the delivery of new software concepts into a large-scale consumer data pipeline.

In addition to her professional experience, she holds an MSc in Nanotechnology for Medicine and Health Care from Oxford University, a Doctor of Engineering (EngD) in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from University College London, an MSc in Biomolecular Systems & Environmental Engineering from Oregon Health Sciences University, and a BSc in Applied Mathematical Physics from the University of California, Davis.

Michael Baglio is a senior technology executive with over 30 years of work experience, including over 14 years as a CTO. In his role as a CTO, he is entrusted with the responsibility of shaping the technical direction of the company. This involves overseeing the management and growth of the development organization, as well as implementing robust processes to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software.

Throughout the majority of his career, his focus has been on assembling high-performing distributed teams capable of tackling complex challenges. He specializes in leveraging cutting-edge technologies to develop solutions that address these intricacies.

Ron Burr serves as the Chief Technology Officer and Lead Developer at Stonefly Systems, specializing in software-driven health, wellness, and medical enhancement solutions. Recently, he led the development of a platform acquired by a primary healthcare provider. Driven to tackle complex challenges and enhance outcomes for clients and stakeholders, he brings extensive experience in software development, data science, medical devices, systems, production, and management.

He's played pivotal roles in successful startups, exits, and enterprises, earning recognition for innovation, leadership, and effective problem-solving. His core strengths encompass data science, security, quality, and compliance, forming the basis for his ability to pioneer new technologies, products, and processes, including notable achievements like the Burnalong Health and Wellness Platform (acquired by Tivity Health), CSA Medical’s truFreeze Cryosurgery System (acquired by Steris Endoscopy), and the BD Viper Molecular (DNA) Robotic Automation System (standardized by Quest Laboratories and others).
